Recruitment & selection
The recruitment and selection starts at our office in Nieuw-Vennep. Over the years we have built up a large personnel database. We are aware of every staff member that they are good at and where they have worked before. Our Eastern European employees are absolutely no number for us, but a person. That way we are exactly aware of his / her quality and personal characteristics. For work it can be important that employees speak their languages and master relevant skills. Temporary workers do not only work abroad, but also live in a different environment during their work period. In order to be able to work and live with others, aspects such as social skills are also important. We take responsibility for more than the work alone. In addition to arranging accommodation and transport, the answering and handling of administrative and medical questions also falls under our duties.
