You will apply protective coatings to agricultural machinery parts. Your work gives components a professional finish and helps protect them during intensive use.
🎨 What will you do?
You will work in the powder coating department, contributing to each stage of the process — from preparing components to checking the finished coating.
Your tasks include:
- 🎨 Applying powder coatings using a spray gun;
- 📦 Checking and replenishing powder and consumables;
- 🔄 Preparing the coating equipment for colour changes;
- 🧪 Cleaning, checking and maintaining the baths in the rinsing tunnel;
- 💨 Preparing components by blowing off dust and masking areas that must remain uncoated;
- 🔍 Checking hanging fixtures and component quality;
- 🪝 Hanging, removing, packing and stacking components;
- 🛡️ Keeping your workplace safe, clean and organised.
👤 Who are we looking for?
You have technical understanding and care about a well-finished product. You work accurately and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
You also bring:
- 🎓 Practical skills and understanding at Dutch VMBO level;
- 🎯 An accurate approach and an eye for improvement;
- 💡 Initiative and a proactive attitude;
- 🔄 Flexibility when handling different tasks;
- 🤝 A willingness to work closely with colleagues;
- 📜 Preferably, a Poedercoaten A powder coating certificate.
