Van Zanten Uitzendburo
Van Zanten Uitzendburo is a specialized and certified intermediary between Eastern European workers and Dutch companies. Since 2001 we have been offering our customers a complete package of services. On the one hand, we are there for you in the recruitment and selection of personnel and support of your personnel administration. On the other hand, we take care of the insurance, wages, housing, commuting and guidance of all our flex workers. We work exclusively with temporary workers who are legally allowed to work in Europe.
Vision
One of our top priorities is a successful and pleasant cooperation with both our clients and our temporary workers. Our goal is to help our clients with recruitment and employment of motivated temporary workers and to help the workers find a satisfying job. We are able to achieve our goals thanks to our professional officeteam who knows the branch and the target group very well. In a nutshell, we take the expression “the right person on the right place” very seriously.
The company
We operate as two companies, that is: Van Zanten Uitzenburo B.V. and VZ Bemiddeling B.V. Both of them belong to the holding VZ Groep and provide the same kinds of services. They are run from our headquarters in Nieuw-Vennep.
Certified work
We would like to stand out on the market as a solid, honest and professional company, and therefore we fulfil the requirements of the NEN 4400-1 certificate, SNF-norm and we are a member of the NBBU, a professional organization for temporary employment agencies.

With the NEN 4400-1 certification, our customers can be sure that they will be exempted from supplementary charges in the context of the Chain Responsibility Act.

The accommodation that we offer to our employees naturally meets all the standards and requirements in terms of safety, hygiene and quality. In this we work closely with external partners in order to guarantee the quality.
History
Due to a constant growth in agricultural, industrial and logistic sectors in the Netherlands, the demand for temporary workers has grown. Motivated people from East Europe looking for a temporary job became the solution to problems that many companies had faced. In 2000 we started cooperation with a recruitment agency for temporary workers with both Polish and German nationality. In 2001 we opened the doors to our own company VZ Bemiddeling B.V. and in 2004 we expanded with Van Zanten Uitzendburo B.V.
Our Team
Our team has been selected on the basis of their know how in the branch. It consists of Dutch and Polish staff. Thanks to the combined forces of representatives of both nationalities we understand the needs of both our Clients and the temporary workers and we are able to serve them better.
