Recruitment & selection
The recruitment and selection starts at our office in Nieuw-Vennep. Over the years we have built up a large personnel database. We are aware of every staff member that they are good at and where they have worked before. Our Eastern European employees are absolutely no number for us, but a person. That way we are exactly aware of his / her quality and personal characteristics.
For work it can be important that employees speak their languages and master relevant skills. Temporary workers do not only work abroad, but also live in a different environment during their work period. In order to be able to work and live with others, aspects such as social skills are also important. We take responsibility for more than the work alone. In addition to arranging accommodation and transport, the answering and handling of administrative and medical questions also falls under our duties.
Employing
Our employing and payments is according to Dutch law. Wages are paid neatly and timely with internet banking. Every temporary worker must have a Dutch or Foreign bank account number.
Of course, our temporary employees are well insured and they all have health insurance. The best guarantee we can give is our membership at the NBBU. The NBBU carefully checks all its members for the correct payment in accordance with the collective labor agreement of the hirer.
Payrolling

NBBU-member
We are NBBU-member, what does this mean for you? The NBBU, the Dutch Association of Mediation and Temporary Employment Companies, is the active sector organization of temporary employment agencies that represents the interests of over 700 intermediary agencies and temporary employment agencies. The NBBU is affiliated with MKB-Nederland.
Each NBBU-member is assessed on the basis of expertise, correct application of the collective agreement, on the quality of the administration and on the knowledge and application of legislation. The NEN 4400 standard is mandatory. This standard and the public register (www.normeringarbeid.nl) make lending labor and outsourcing work for you as an employer a lot easier and more fraud-proof.
