For one of our clients, we are looking for a motivated worker for a perennial plant nursery. Do you enjoy working outdoors, are you physically strong, and not afraid to get your hands dirty? Then this is a great opportunity for a stable job with growth potential!
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working at a nursery where perennial plants are grown and prepared for sale. Your tasks include:
- Potting and caring for plants
- Weeding, moving, and sorting plants
- Picking orders and preparing them for shipment
- Propagating and other general nursery tasks
- Physical outdoor work, together with a small team
What do we ask of you?
- You are in good physical condition (heavy outdoor work)
- You don’t mind working in different weather conditions
- You are motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- English language skills are a plus
- Experience in a nursery is a bonus, but not required
What do we offer?
- A full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week)
- Hourly wage of € 14,40 according to the Open Field Cultivation collective labor agreement
- Possibility of overtime
- Year-round work (not seasonal)
- Potential for a contract upon good performance
