Are you not afraid of physical work and do you enjoy working both indoors and outdoors? For one of our clients in the Haarlemmermeer area, we are looking for motivated employees to help process dried flowers.
This position is suitable for people who enjoy hands-on work. If you need accommodation, we can arrange it through the employment agency.
What will you do?
- Load bunches of flowers from the field
- Stick and hang flower bunches on carts
- Place carts in the drying chamber
- Pack dried flowers into boxes
- Prepare orders for shipment
What do we ask?
- You are physically fit and comfortable with standing and walking work
- You enjoy working with your hands and as part of a team
- You are reliable and motivated
- You speak Polish, English, or Dutch
What do we offer?
- Full-time employment (minimum 40 hours per week)
- Gross hourly wage of €14.71 according to the Open Cultivation Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Open Teelten)
- Working hours between 07:00 and 17:00, depending on weather conditions
- Varied work both indoors and outdoors
- Seasonal work until approximately September
- Employment conditions according to the CAO Open Teelten
