We are looking for a Junior Operator on behalf of our client, an international company in the flowers and plants sector. The company delivers products to over 60 countries worldwide but maintains a personal and friendly atmosphere on the work floor. Your role:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Record production data
- Perform manual tasks as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep the process running smoothly
What we are looking for:
- Technical insight and enjoyment in working with machines
- Careful, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 10 kg, work in warm/cold environments)
- Own transport required (location not accessible by public transport; company car possible)
What we offer through our agency:
- Gross hourly wage €14,71 – €17.76
- Full-time, fixed day shift 06:00 – 15:00, with possible weekend work
