Do you have logistics experience, work accurately and enjoy guiding colleagues? We are looking for an experienced distribution employee for one of our clients.
In this varied role, you ensure that the correct products, in the right quantities and at the required quality, are ready for transport. You take part in the work yourself while guiding colleagues through their daily tasks.
📋 What will you do?
- 📦 Pick orders and check product quality and quantities
- ✅ Carry out outgoing checks and prepare products for dispatch
- 🌱 Set out, collect and handle plant trays
- 🚚 Assemble and prepare CC plant transport trolleys
- 👀 Supervise the loading of trucks
- 🤝 Train, guide and coordinate colleagues, including temporary workers
- 🔧 Carry out simple daily or periodic maintenance
- 💬 Identify discrepancies and report them to your supervisor
Within agreed guidelines, you set priorities and organise your working sequence. You also suggest improvements to the logistics process. You work carefully, keep your workplace tidy and follow quality and safety procedures.
👤 Who are we looking for?
- 🎓 You have a completed technical qualification at Dutch mbo vocational level, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through experience
- 🏭 You have at least three years of logistics experience, including organising work and supervising temporary workers
- 🚜 You hold a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one
- 💬 You have spoken and written Dutch and/or English skills
- 🇩🇪 German language skills are an advantage
- 📚 You are willing to attend training courses
- 🔄 You are flexible about working hours: duties may also take place outside regular hours, including shifts or weekends
🎁 What do we offer?
- 💶 A starting rate of €14.99 gross per hour in pay grade B
- 📈 With good performance, you can progress relatively quickly to pay grade C, starting at €15.41 gross per hour
