For a modern and growing family business in Boskoop, specialized in the cultivation of garden hydrangeas, we are looking for a Horticulture & Production Worker. You will work in an innovative environment where quality, sustainability and teamwork are highly valued.
What will you do?
As a Horticulture & Production Worker, you will perform various tasks within the nursery. No day is the same. Your activities will include:
- Maintaining and caring for plants.
- Moving and repotting plants.
- Carrying out various cultivation activities.
- Supporting order processing.
- Ensuring a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
Who are we looking for?
- You have an interest in the horticulture sector.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You are available full-time (40 hours per week).
- You speak Dutch or English.
- A driving licence is an advantage.

- A gross starting salary from €14.99 per hour, depending on experience.
