Transportation to and from the Netherlands:
<\/strong>Once we have a job for you, you can come to us. If you don’t come with a car, you can use a transport company. We cooperate with a Polish transport company Wegatur – Ocipinski. They can bring you right to our office on the agreed day and pick you up at our office when you leave. For more information and prices go to www.wegatur.pl or call 0048-774844553. The transportation costs are at your expense and you must settle them with the Wegatur transportation company yourself.

Commuting
<\/strong>We help our temporary workers with commuting. If you work within 10 kilometers of our accommodation, you can get a bicycle from us. For longer distances, we have two options. If you have a driving license, you can get a car from us that you will use to go to work with other temporary workers. Please note! Business cars may only be used for commuting. A driver is required to keep mileage records and must follow our rules (for more information contact one of our intermediaries). If you don’t want\/can’t drive yourself, you will be picked up by one of your colleagues and taken home after work.

\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\tProperty<\/span><\/div>

If you do not have a residence address in the Netherlands, you can live in one of our accommodations. When you live and work with us, you will pay accommodation fees per day. For the most recent costs ask one of our intercessors in the office.

We have different types of accommodations available
<\/strong>In our hostel there are 2-room apartments with 4 sleeping places, a kitchen and a bathroom available. The hostel also has a public laundry room and 2 recreation rooms. In the bedrooms there are 2 options, namely: 2 single beds or a double bed.

In addition to the hostel, we also have spacious residential houses. These have from 2- to 4-bedrooms, a common living room, kitchen, showers and garden.
You can indicate your preference during the telephone intake with one of our intercedors.

Each temporary worker is paid by the week. You will receive your weekly pay 9 days after the end of the week worked. Example: if you worked in week 1, you will receive your pay for that week on the Tuesday of week 3.

The gross hourly wage depends on several factors such as type of work, age and work experience. Your hourly wage will be discussed during the telephone intake interview.
<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\tContract<\/span><\/div>

As a temporary worker, you will be offered a weekly contract. During this week, you are entitled to remuneration. If the hirer does not extend your work after a certain week, you become a job seeker again. Because we work with many different hirers, we can usually offer you another suitable job. If it does not work out immediately, you can, in consultation with us, choose to remain with us as a job seeker and wait for suitable work.

If you wish to stop work or take a vacation, please note that you must notify us and the hirer 2 weeks in advance. Departure is possible on Friday after the end of work.

Contracts sign and turn in<\/strong>
Every new contract must be signed and turned in to the office on Tuesday. This can be done in the morning between 08:00 and 10:00 and in the afternoon between 16:00 and 18:30.

When leaving for home<\/strong>
You should note that we and the hirer only allow this on Fridays after work. You must give 2 weeks notice to both us and the hirer.

Everyone is sick from time to time. If you are employed by us and you get sick, call us before 9:00 am. Different rules apply for shift work (please contact one of our intermediaries for more information).

We have a sick leave regulation which is a signed part of the contract and applies for the period that you are employed by us. Our sick leave policy at the end of a contract is handled by NLG Werkvermogen. They take over your sick leave after you have left our employ.

During your employment, you must abide by our regulations that you receive upon check-in. The regulations are general rules of living, working and conduct.

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
For temporary workers: Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

We are always available for emergencies, examples include:

– illness\/hospital\/accidents
– problems with car or bus
– problems in the home
– schedule change at work
– detour on the way to work, causing mileage registration to be different than normal
– callback request (when you have been called by us while at work)
– special private circumstances
