You will work in an innovative environment where quality, sustainability and teamwork are highly valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Horticulture &amp; Production Worker, you will perform various tasks within the nursery. No day is the same. Your activities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining and caring for plants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moving and repotting plants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying out various cultivation activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting order processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring a clean, safe and efficient working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have an interest in the horticulture sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can work independently as well as in a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are available full-time (40 hours per week).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You speak Dutch or English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A driving licence is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A gross starting salary from \u20ac14.99 per hour, depending on experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment conditions according to the CAO Open Teelten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A full-time job of 40 hours per week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment through our employment agency with the possibility of long-term cooperation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A varied position within a stable and growing family business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities to further develop yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pleasant working atmosphere within a committed and enthusiastic team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation is available if you do not yet have housing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport to and from work can be arranged.
